Korean Fine Thread LIft for Face, Breasts and Buttocks

The Korean Thread Lift is the current "hot" treatment for skin tightening and lifting as well as V-shaping the face. These threads are made of PDO material which is similar to the threads used in surgical stitches. When inserted into the skin, it acts as a "scaffold"  for the skin which helps to "hold" the skin against the effects of gravity. These "mesh" of  threads can also shape the face by lifting and supporting sagging structures. The threads are absorbable and therefore will be resorbed in 4-6 months time leaving nothing behind but the skin structure created which continues to hold for another 15-24months.  Many different versions and type of threads are available but my favorite is one that contains  medicinal properties and are inserted using Acupuncture points. Also known as the Ultra V-Lift, Dr Kum from Korea was flown in to conduct a practical training session with our clinic Drs recently. We did 2 cases, a full face skin lifting and a breast lifting procedure. Surprisingly, it was not a painful procedure and results were almost immediate. What was best is there is barely any bruising or marks on the skin so one looks absolutely normal after.
I've started conducting this Fine Thread Lifts since and am very happy with the results. A whole face can be treated at once or only parts of the face, according to patient preference. Additional threads can always be inserted and this can be done on a regular basis if desired. As this procedure is done under only topical skin numbing, without need for general anesthesia or sedation, a person can easily have a Threadlift done safely, quickly and frequently without any downtime. With the Ultra V Lift, a face can be reshaped into a narrower and V lined shape with more definition of the jawline.
Areas that can be treated with this very popular Korean Threads are :
1. Reduce jowls
2. Define the jawline and angle of the jaw
3. Reduce double chin and sagging skin below chin
4. Cheek lift
5. Reduce eye bag and undereye wrinkles
6. Reduce crows feet and eye lift
7. Brow lift and reduce upper eyelid droop
8. Reduce fine lines on forehead
9. Reduce nasolabial folds (smile lines)
10.Reduce downward folds at corner of mouth

I have also started combining PRP with the these Korean threads as they are inserted giving a more profound effect on the collagen and elastin. Results are best seen after 1month or so and is amazing!

It is important to have the right post procedure care and in our centre we conduct the Cryostamp cooling with nano solutions which gives for better penetration into the skin and helps it to heal faster as well as prevent bruising and swelling.

Laser Vagina Rejuvenation

Our V2LR laser handpiece is finally here. Had a revision session with Prof Zerbinatti in the clinic on 3rd Jan. Imagine, for those of us who wish to "rejuvenate" ourselves can do so now with ease and painlessly. Just make an appointment with the clinic, come in 30min earlier so a topical numbing cream can be applied, and have the procedure conducted and completed in 1/2 hr,tops. What will you get ? Well, internally the lasering will "puff"up the mucosa of the vaginal wall by collagen remodeling, as well as improve sensations. Externally the procedure can lighten the skin color, increase sensitivity as well tighten surrounding area. ALl these in just 3 sessions! Prof Zerbinatti claims that in his clinic this is currently the most popular procedure among women in their 30s and 40s. I am very excited about this procedure. I know a lot of women out there do not have any problems, and therefore do not require any surgical LVR but would like to just improve. Like everyhti...

SIGNS YOU SHOULD AVOID AN INJECTOR

Recently, I was browsing through some of my favorite Facebook groups for aesthetic providers a nd I noticed something alarming. There was a glut of posts from inexperienced injectors, asking for advice on how to get best results with dermal   fillers. They weren’t sure whether common situations were normal  and were even asking for advice on complications. For example, one injector was concerned that her patient was experiencing swelling in her lip immediately after her appointment:   She didn’t have enough experience to know whether or not something had gone wrong. Or take this injector, who wasn’t sure whether the redness in her patient was normal:   The answer is ā€œprobably yesā€, but a more experienced provider could have achieved much gentler results with a cannula and know if there's something more serious like a blood vessel compression has occured.  A lso looks like she missed the right injection point a few times, which is not gre...

How to trigger a Cascade of Healing in your skin

Have you ever thought about how your body heals itself after a cut? It’s miraculous, really. First, your blood clotting system jumps into action, stopping your blood from ā€œleakingā€ through the wound. Over the next three days, your body destroys bacteria and removes debris from the wound site, preparing the ground for a new bed of tissue. In the third phase, your body fills the wound, creating fresh, healthy new skin. This can take anywhere up to 24 days! Finally, over several months, the new tissue gets stronger and more flexible as your body creates more collagen fibres... until the skin looks as good as new. Our bodies really are remarkable... ...But what’s even more remarkable is that scientists have found a way to use this natural process to give you a brighter, fresher, smoother complexion! Microneedling is the process of deliberately creating tiny wounds in your skin, in a safe, controlled way. This triggers the ā€œCascade of healingā€ I just described... ...
