Vaginal laxity & Sexual enhancement with Viveve

Vaginal laxity.
Just like our skin, the vaginal tissue is made up of an inner support network of collagen fibers. During vaginal delivery Andover time, thee tissues can become stressed, stretched, and weakened. This can create a feeling of looseness, especially within the vaginal opening.

In a survey conducted of over 4000 women who had vaginal deli vies, nearly half reported concern with vaginal loosens, or laxity. These women also notice they feel less sensation and sexual satisfaction with intrcourse.

Viveve is a sensational solution for a common sexual concern.
I had the opportunity to try it out the other day and due to its ease of conducting the procedure, patient comfort and unique technology requiring only 1 treatment session for affect.

So what is Viveve treatment?
It is not a cosmetic procedure. It is not about how you look, but rather how you feel. It is a painless,  non-surgical , medical treatment perfoermed in our medical clinic that can increase the amount of plesurable friction and sensation during intrcourse. This is because it works at the cellular level to tighten the tissue at the vaginal opening from within, gently and gradually. the Viveve treatment takes 30 mins with no anesthesia and no downtime.

Who are good candidates?
For those who feel there has been a change in how "snug" you feel during intrcourse , or in the amount of physical sensation you experience during your partner's penetration which then Affected your degree of sexual satisfaction, Viveve is for you. if feelings of looseness or laxity are affecting your sexlife, the Viveve treatment may help.

how does it work?

at the beginning of the medical procedure, a small , smooth treatment tip the size of your thumb will be inserted jus tin side the vaginal opening. The tip is then rotated round the opening alternately cooling the surface tissue and gently hating the tissue beneath.
Viveve tissue reacts to the heat by triggering the body's own natural cellular processes to cute healthy, resident new collagen and elastin within the tissue.

Vivieve's dual hating and cooling capability triggers the body's wn natural regenerative process that leads to anew and stronger collagen, while maintaining safety and comfort.

Does it hurt?
NO. Some patient sell me a cooling sensation, others note a warmth, but virtually all agree the procedure is painless.

Is it safe?
YES. The radio frequency energy used in this treatment has been used for over a decade in treating the skin on the face, neck and hands. Clinical trials have demonstrated the safety of this later application. Of course as with any medical procedure, three are safety and care considerations which I as your attending dr will review with you.

What kind of results to expect?
With just one treatment, the regenrative process is initiated, but the full effect will build up gradually over time, usually between 30 and 90 days.
In the clinical trials conducted, 90% of the women treTed reported significant, sustained tightening at 12months after treatment, with an average improvement of 68%.

Laser Vagina Rejuvenation

Our V2LR laser handpiece is finally here. Had a revision session with Prof Zerbinatti in the clinic on 3rd Jan. Imagine, for those of us who wish to "rejuvenate" ourselves can do so now with ease and painlessly. Just make an appointment with the clinic, come in 30min earlier so a topical numbing cream can be applied, and have the procedure conducted and completed in 1/2 hr,tops. What will you get ? Well, internally the lasering will "puff"up the mucosa of the vaginal wall by collagen remodeling, as well as improve sensations. Externally the procedure can lighten the skin color, increase sensitivity as well tighten surrounding area. ALl these in just 3 sessions! Prof Zerbinatti claims that in his clinic this is currently the most popular procedure among women in their 30s and 40s. I am very excited about this procedure. I know a lot of women out there do not have any problems, and therefore do not require any surgical LVR but would like to just improve. Like everyhti...

SIGNS YOU SHOULD AVOID AN INJECTOR

Recently, I was browsing through some of my favorite Facebook groups for aesthetic providers a nd I noticed something alarming. There was a glut of posts from inexperienced injectors, asking for advice on how to get best results with dermal   fillers. They werenā€™t sure whether common situations were normal  and were even asking for advice on complications. For example, one injector was concerned that her patient was experiencing swelling in her lip immediately after her appointment:   She didnā€™t have enough experience to know whether or not something had gone wrong. Or take this injector, who wasnā€™t sure whether the redness in her patient was normal:   The answer is ā€œprobably yesā€, but a more experienced provider could have achieved much gentler results with a cannula and know if there's something more serious like a blood vessel compression has occured.  A lso looks like she missed the right injection point a few times, which is not gre...

HOW TO AVOID BAD RESULTS WITH FILLERS

ā€œWhatā€™s happened to Charlotteā€™s face!?ā€ If youā€™ve been on Twitter or Reddit recently, youā€™ve probably come across lots of comments like that... Itā€™s a reference to the character Charlotte in Sex and the City . The series, which became a cultural icon 20 years ago, recently rebooted as ā€œ And Just Like That...ā€ And while all the characters have aged, Charlotte looked more different than the others... Her face was much broader, her lips were strangely flat and her cheeks are unusually full. The actress, Kristin Davis, didnā€™t look quite like herself any more. Initially, commentators wondered whether sheā€™d had plastic surgery. But it seems much more likely that sheā€™s had dermal fillers - done badly.   I know that this kind of ā€œunnaturalā€ result is a great concern for many including my clients too. Fillers are there to help ā€˜plump upā€™ areas of the face which have lost volume with age,  ā€˜fill inā€™ fine lines and wrinkle a nd give more definition to some o...
